Profile of Prof. Jojy George

Prof. Jojy George hailing from Manimala, Kottayam has his MBA with specilisation in Banking and Finance from CUSAT Cochin. He retired from Marian College, Kuttikkanam in March 2017. All together he has got twenty five years of experience, out of which three years as Principal of Sree Narayana Guru College of Advanced Studies, Pambanar and also twenty two years of experience as Associate Professor and HOD at the Department of Business Administration Marian College, Kuttikkanam right from the very beginning of the College. He has also completed his Certification in Entrepreneurship Training from Colombo Plan Staff College, Manila and also in Personal Counseling from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. In addition to his teaching experience, he has also worked as a Research Assistant in the Entrepreneurship Development Cell at NIT, Calicut for two years.

Besides a good Academician Mr. Jojy George is a good Counselor, Motivator and trainer. He has organized a program called PETNET (Professional English Training for Non-English Teachers) during his tenure as Principal, for the teachers. Also organized a number of training programs in ‘Communicative English’, ‘Public Speaking’, Group Discussion’ and ‘Facing Interviews’ for the students during his regular service
